Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the fast food outlet, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in fast food management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Solid understanding of fast food industry operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Willingness to work in a regional location in NSW, Australia.
- Visa sponsorship (494) available for eligible candidates.
- Must be able to pass a skills assessment and English test and meet other visa eligibility requirements.
